(minor loose seam, shape difference, minor colour difference are not valid for this claim)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>You are\u00a0<strong>not allow<\/strong>\u00a0for refunds if<\/p>\n<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, you did not collect the parcel within the requested time)<\/li>\n<li>Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of reposejp.live (i.e. not cleared by any customs, delayed by a natural disaster).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after your received your item. You can do it by emailing us at hello@reposejp.live<\/p>\n\n<p>If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will be return via your original payment method within 10-14 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds Options<\/h3>\n\n<p>Full Refund \u2013 When you do not receiving your item within 60 days, or return the item at your own return shipping cost.<\/p>\n\n<p>Partial Refund \u2013 When you prefer to keep the item instead of returning the item to us.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return &amp; Exchange<\/h3>\n\n<p>You can return for an exchange with other item or size within 7 days from the date of tracking delivered.<\/p>\n<p>However, you will need to be responsible for return shipping cost, &amp; re-shipping cost to your delivery address. All goods returned must be in original condition, non-used, intact packaging. Failure to do so may lead to reject of exchange or refund.<\/p>\n\n<p>You will not be compensated if the package is lost in transit or seized by any custom during return process.
